1. Introduction

Welcome to CuentaLegal (cuentalegup.com). These Terms of Service govern the provision of tax optimization consulting services offered by CuentaLegal, effective January 1, 2025.

2. Services Description

CuentaLegal offers customized tax optimization consulting services designed to help clients manage their tax obligations. Our services are delivered remotely or on site at 345 Paseo de la Castellana, 28046 Madrid, Spain, as agreed.

3. Info Products

We offer digital resources such as guides, templates, and tutorials related to tax optimization strategies. Access is granted electronically upon payment.

4. Goods

Physical items sold include printed books and manuals. Delivery is arranged to the address provided by the client during purchase.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees are quoted in Euro and are due in advance. We accept major payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

Clients may request a refund for consulting services within 14 days of purchase, provided no deliverables have been issued. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Alternatively, clients may opt to reschedule the service within 90 days at no extra charge.

6.2 Info Products

Due to the immediate electronic delivery, refunds for digital materials are not available once access is granted. This policy ensures the integrity of our content.

6.3 Goods

Physical items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition. Clients must contact us via contact form to receive a return authorization. Upon receipt and inspection, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the item is defective.

7. Non-Refundable Services

Certain premium consulting packages that involve significant resource allocation or third-party coordination are non-refundable. These include bespoke audit assistance and on-site interventions which require upfront scheduling and vendor booking. Such services will be clearly marked at the time of purchase, with explicit notice that no credit is available after acceptance.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel standard services up to 48 hours before the scheduled session for a full credit. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

9. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CuentaLegal's liability for any claim arising from or relating to these terms will not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Madrid.
